“Hanami” – Kanji for Cherry‐blossom viewing

It’s written in Japanese kanji for “Cherry‐blossom viewing”.

  1. “Hana” means “Flower
  2. “Mi” means “Seeing” or “Viewing”

This week, The cherry blossoms will be at their best in my region. There are many cherry trees at parks, schools, roadsides. Many Japanese go to see the cherry blossoms. The full-blown cherry blossoms give comfort to the earthquake victims.
