It means “Powdery snow” in English.
“Kona” of the first character means “Powder”, and “Yuki” of the second character means “Snow”.

In Japan, many artists have the song of a title called “Konayuki“. For example,
Remioromen, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Curio, Capsule, etc.
