“Ume” – Japanese apricot written in Japanese Kanji

umeI wrote “Ume“.

It means “Japanese apricot” in English.
Flower language, “nobleness” “elegance” “the patience” “faithfulness”, and so on.

A flower blooms in April from February and harvests fruits in July from June.
“Ume” is processed into pickles, alcohol, and vinegar. When it is summer, my grandmother attaches a pickled ume (ume-boshi) and makes ume liqueur (ume-shu).

What is your favorite fruit or flower? I’m waiting for a request.
